We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Senior to join our dynamic team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our executives and team members.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, including:

  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintaining complex calendars and ensuring timely communication of changes and updates
  • Preparing and distributing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Providing guidance and direction to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees

About the Role

This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
