Public Safety Officer

**Job Summary:**
AEG, a leading entertainment organization, is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Public Safety Officers for event security.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and security of our events. As a Public Safety Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining order before, during, and after events, securing the building and equipment, and enforcing access throughout the facility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide friendly customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform security-related functions, including patrolling arena premises, monitoring cameras, and responding to incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and complete reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a safe and secure event experience.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 18 years old or older.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous security experience an asset.
