About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Equinox on Long Island.

Responsibilities
  • Perform deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages for clients in a professional setting
  • Analyze client needs and create personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for each client
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes
Qualifications
  • Valid NY license or certification required
  • Ability to generate new business and retain clients through effective treatment programs
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends (part-time and full-time positions)
  • In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Computer literacy
  • Ethical behavior
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, including $39.50-$43.50 per session and $16.00/hr for non-session work, as well as bonus opportunities

Candidates with at least one year of experience may be eligible for an elevated compensation package
