We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes in Pinellas County North. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity that offers a range of incentives and benefits to recognize and reward your commitment.
Job SummaryThis role involves providing personal hygiene assistance, reminding clients to take prescribed medication, helping with mobility, and assisting with personal care and hygiene. You will also plan and prepare meals, complete light housekeeping duties, and report any unusual incidents. If you enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and are eager to improve and continuously learn new skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medication and help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.).
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals, and complete light housekeeping duties.
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Supportive and compassionate attitude towards clients.
- CNA or HHA Certified Preferred.
