Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Coperniq's customers and our internal teams, providing guidance on best practices for integrating and leveraging our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs, particularly when it comes to integrating with other tools and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to integrations and configurations of the Coperniq platform.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a solutions engineering or software engineering role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  3. Experience with modern integration tools, platforms, and cloud services.
  4. Strong understanding of software integrations, API implementations, systems architecture, and technical documentation.
  5. Familiarity with solar or blue-collar industry practices and challenges is highly desirable.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
  7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to ensure customer success with Coperniq.
  8. Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
