Digital Account Manager Role Overview

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships in the utilities and oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and position Randstad Digital for growth within key segments.
  • Leverage industry expertise to enhance customer experience and drive higher levels of engagement.
  • Serve as an expert business consultant within an industry segment, optimizing and amplifying current relationships through active client engagement.
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of selling technical products and/or professional sales experience with a proven history of success.
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity.
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 per year, plus a yearly commission structure. Additional benefits include excellent health insurance, generous PTO policy, education and professional development opportunities, rapid career growth, retirement savings, and paid parental leave.
