Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay with us. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with guests will set the tone for their entire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
  • Actively listen to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and respond promptly and positively.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, such as the use of room keys, ice and vending areas, and more.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Answer telephone calls and route them to the proper department as applicable.

Requirements:

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
