Job Summary:

The Melting Pot is seeking a skilled Dishware Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining area and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain dish machine and ensure proper chemical usage.
  • Perform pre-soaking procedures, clean fondue pots, and fondue forks.
  • Document and report any repairs or maintenance issues.
  • Practice teamwork by communicating with and assisting all members of the restaurant team.
  • Use checklists to ensure proper set up and close down of each shift.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
