We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader who will drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas region that drives revenue growth, market share, and brand recognition.">
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, enhancing their skills and capabilities to achieve individual and team targets.">
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.">
  • Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve and exceed objectives.">
  • Partner with the revenue operations team to ensure the optimization of sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.">

Requirements

We are looking for a proven sales leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • ">
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and AI technology.">
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading an Americas Sales team.">
  • 5+ years of experience working in complex software and relationship-driven sales preferred.">
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.">
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and writing abilities.">
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive sales culture.">

What We Offer

DataRobot offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes medical, dental & vision insurance, flexible time off program, paid holidays, paid parental leave, global employee assistance program (EAP), and more.
