We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced EHS Manager to lead our company's environmental, health, and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing comprehensive EHS programs and policies within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive continuous improvement in EHS performance while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust EHS programs and policies that align with our company's values and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations, as well as industry-specific standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular EHS audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and promote a culture of safety.
  • Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and management to ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS culture and performance, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in EHS management roles, with a proven track record of success in managing comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in EHS management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred, but not required.
