You will work closely with the pharmacy team, 340B personnel, and other stakeholders to optimize purchasing and reimbursement processes. Additionally, you will monitor and assure regulatory compliance in these areas while following organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and facilitate work teams to achieve specific results
* Monitor and assure regulatory compliance in inventory management, medication billing, and 340B program operations
* Work closely with the pharmacy team, 340B personnel, and other stakeholders to optimize purchasing and reimbursement processes
* Oversee purchasing and reimbursement of medications throughout the organization
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team and 340B personnel to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

* CPhT certification required
* 340B University or equivalent required upon hire
* Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
* Three years pharmacy operations experience, at least one in a health system setting
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate work teams to achieve specific results
* Strong working knowledge of HRSA's 340B program
* Working knowledge of EPIC and health system drug billing strongly desirable
