Job Description

The Sales Growth Executive, responsible for Greater area hiring immediately, plays a pivotal role in up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising.

This individual will be accountable for retention and penetration of large sales opportunities, ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive up-selling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute effective merchandising plans to optimize product placement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and replenishment of products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales or sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
