The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing evidence-based therapy modalities and interventions to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. This includes treatment planning, assessments, and documentation of clinical progress.

You'll work closely with our clinical team to ensure a streamlined coordination of care and lead group sessions, educational workshops, and psychoeducational webinars. Collaboration with other behavioral health and medical clinicians is also essential for integrated continuity of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families ages 12 years and older
  • Creating and delivering psychoeducational webinars and workshops related to mental health topics
  • Collaborating with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care
  • Administrative duties, including using computer applications and maintaining accurate records

We're seeking a licensed mental health clinician with a Master's degree or higher, preferably with experience in providing counseling and mental health services. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential for this role.
