Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Manager at Highflyer HR Payroll, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the market and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of our HR & Payroll technology platform and the ability to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and engage with prospective accounts to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the payroll technology industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM and sales technology applications
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing new business deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
