Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Highflyer HR Payroll, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the market and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of our HR & Payroll technology platform and the ability to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and engage with prospective accounts to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- 2-4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the payroll technology industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales technology applications
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing new business deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
