We are seeking an Entry-Level Practice Group Associate with a passion for immigration law to join our clients team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting business immigration needs, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, assisting corporate clients with immigration strategies, and participating in firm-wide marketing and training initiatives.

• Review and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates under the direction of a supervising attorney.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and supervising attorneys for assigned cases.
• Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to firm marketing initiatives.
• Conduct research and draft alerts, publications, and blog posts.
• Participate in training sessions and other firm and section-related activities.
• Regularly review client-facing and internal reports to monitor case activity and new case initiations.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in CA, DC, MA, or NY.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business immigration law or a relevant immigration clerkship.
• Experience in reviewing reports and monitoring data compliance in immigration-focused databases.
• Strong docket and time management skills.
• Ability to stay organized and exercise attention to detail in legal processes.
