Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team at True Find Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering tailored tax solutions to clients and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service, including tax compliance, planning, and business advisory services.
  • Technical Review and Compliance: Conduct thorough technical reviews of complex tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engagement Planning and Leadership: Oversee engagement planning, including scheduling and assigning staff, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Talent Development and Support: Mentor and support tax staff and administrative team members, contributing to their professional growth through training and development initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Manage client invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing.

Requirements:

  • An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • No less than 6 years of experience in tax management within a public accounting firm.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to ethical standards.
  • Proficient in tax preparation and planning for various entities, including partnerships, estates of high-net-worth individuals, S-corporations, C-corporations, and trusts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks, BNA Tax Planner, and CaseWare is advantageous.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the level of expertise required, industry standards, and the company's competitive market position.
