Job Title: R&D Engineer

Maury Microwave is seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our team in Ontario, CA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented engineer to work on the development of new hardware products, providing feedback on product performance, manufacturability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF and microwave engineering, with experience in testing and evaluation of RF and microwave components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, prototype, and test Maury Microwave products according to Engineering Development timelines.
  • Evaluate design and product challenges, and drive decisions that balance multiple inputs against product and company objectives.
  • Provide product feedback and accurate test reports to engineering management to drive engineering product development.
  • Responsible for thorough qualification of MMC hardware products before launch.
  • Interact and communicate effectively within the department and cross-functionally to ensure product development is executed in compliance with major objectives and on time.
Requirements
  • BSEE or MSEE in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with emphasis on RF & microwave engineering.
  • 2+ years of engineering design experience in the microwave/RF test measurement field.
  • 2+ years of expertise in testing of RF and Microwave components.
  • Good knowledge of RF and microwave components and techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
  • Ability to analyze and present results in an organized way.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
Physical Demands

Frequent use of hands, sitting, and standing. Occasional walking and reaching. Rarely climbs or balances.
