As a registered nurse with surgical specialty experience, you will:

  • Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care
  • Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family
  • Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team
  • Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions

This role offers a full-time benefit package, including a $5,000 signing bonus. You will work 36 hours per week, with midnights and every other weekend/holiday rotations.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred), clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans, and ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Additionally, you must have current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
