Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products and processes, as well as improving existing ones. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in chemistry and process development.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new product and process development strategies
  • Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and process launches
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)
  • Strong knowledge of process development and chemical engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
