About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and customer-oriented Automated Test Engineer 3 to join our team at ManTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
  • Support the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process.
  • Provide end-to-end testing, including unit testing, creating test plans and test procedures.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Linux software and hardware systems.
  • Configure systems to meet the organization's operational needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and change management logs.
  • Work with team members to build applications for customers.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting services for customers.
  • Write scripts to automate tasks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of eight (8) years' experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline or four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with pytest, junit, git, and gitlab.
  • Experience working independently on a cross-functional team.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of git, gitlab, and either a preferred IDE or VSCode/code-server.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-driven development (BDD) in Cucumber and experience with at least one testing framework. Terraform would be a plus.
Clearance Requirements

Must have a current/active TS/SCI Polygraph.

Physical Requirements

The candidate must be able to move, carry, and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700-$170,800.
