About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with a night shift schedule from 7P-7A. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors, and other employees, regardless of cultural background.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and be licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed. You will also need to meet contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, policies, and competence in mathematical calculations associated with medication administration. You will be competent to independently perform safe nursing skills and procedures and able to critically think and problem solve in routine and emergency situations.
