Responsibilities:

* Scrub and circulate for various cardiac procedures, including vascular, thoracic, open heart, and heart transplants
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
* Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care

Requirements:

* Current RN licensure in the state of Kansas or Missouri
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
* At least 1 year of experience in a CVOR or similar setting
