About the Role:

As a Barista at Albertsons, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
