Job Title: Benefits Specialist

Prequel Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Specialist to join our team in the greater Pittsburgh area. This is a long-term contract position with a flagship financial services company, offering a unique opportunity to work on a variety of benefits-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Support employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits-related issues.
  • Update and distribute benefits communication materials and the Employee Benefits Handbook.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
  • Experience with retirement benefit administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word required.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Dayforce, Oracle Financials, or other HRM systems preferred.
