Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Materials Inspector to join our MGS Richfield team in the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials against documented criteria, maintaining accurate records, conducting dock audits, and providing quality support to our manufacturing facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of quality systems and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Perform receiving inspections on purchased components and resins, and generate/maintain records thereof.
  • Manage log of material certificates and ensure their accuracy.
  • Generate, review, and attach Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for medical products at time of shipping, including verification of the CoA's accuracy and content.
  • Conduct periodic dock audits on finished goods.
  • Oversee rework/sorting activities as assigned and manage Pre-Delivery Sample (PDS) process.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent is required; technical education is preferred.
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
