Job Summary:

As a Medical Receptionist at Yale New Haven Health, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and physician activity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining appointment schedules, communicating schedule changes to staff members and physicians/providers, and receiving patients at arrival to verify and obtain necessary information and signatures. Additionally, you will answer telephone calls, assist callers, and take accurate messages, referring them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
