Private Equity Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team in New York, supporting all levels of executives.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant in a banking or corporate environment, with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively. Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive calendar management across multiple executives
- Arranging travel, organizing complex travel logistics support, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinating meetings on and off the GS campus, including booking conference rooms and catering, registering guests, and ensuring materials are organized
- Adhering to Compliance regulations and gaining relevant approvals
- General team administration, including printing, attendance tracking, phone answering, and relaying messages
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant in a banking or corporate environment
- Solid organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently
- Proactivity, initiative, and discretion when handling sensitive matters
Compensation:
The expected base salary for this position is $70,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
