Support Advocate Job Description

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Support Advocate to provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including personal care, household maintenance, and meal preparation.
  • Assist individuals with varying levels of personal care, such as bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing.
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed.
  • Follow routines and behavior support plans for individuals, including physical therapy and other activities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.
