Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this position is $62,982 per year, which may vary based on location and other factors.
Job Summary:The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Account Manager with all supervisory, training, and operations functions at the assigned post, ensuring seamless execution of the security contract. This role involves assigning work tasks to Security Professionals, directing their work throughout the day, and overseeing reports, logs, and pass downs generated by and for the Security Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Account Manager with coordination of all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the assigned location.
- Assign work tasks to Security Professionals and direct their work throughout the day.
- Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs generated by and for the Security Department.
- Manage and supervise all sub-units within the Security Department, including fire control room, command center, and loading docks as applicable to the job site.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to five years of professional-level experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military required.
- Possess a valid state Guard License and maintain current active status at all times.

About the RoleThis role requires excellent communication skills, ability to train and coach others, and effectively enforce post orders, security standards, and company policies equitably and consistently. The successful candidate must be available to work outside normal shift schedule on an as-needed basis and accessible by phone or pager 24/7 for emergency response.
