NP Now is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at one of our three locations in the Boston area. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and manage patient panels of approximately 1200
- Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in call responsibilities, which are light and can be taken by phone only
- Be comfortable with working 1 evening shift every 2 weeks
- Excellent comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, vision, and dental insurance
- Retirement Plan
- J1/H1B Sponsorship fully paid by practice, coordinated via in-house staff attorney
- Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $240,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus incentives paid out quarterly based on performance
