Nuclear Medicine Technologist Position in Mobile, Alabama

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients
- Processing data and enhancing digital images using advanced computer technology
- Providing images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures
- Evaluating images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree from an AMA-approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Eighteen months of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, preferably in a critical care setting
