Lead Our Water Practice in Tennessee

GRW Engineers is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead our Knoxville, TN office and grow our Water practice in Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, design, and construction administration of utility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our Water practice in Tennessee, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in design and construction administration of water utility and wastewater utility infrastructure projects in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively write reports, business correspondence, and present information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
