The Day Treatment Qualified Professional will be responsible for coordinating initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing Person-Centered Plans, and providing crisis response services. You will work closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate initial and ongoing assessments and discharge transitions
  • Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans
  • Provide crisis response services, including face-to-face and telephonic support
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with other medical and treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human service field or equivalent experience
  • License, certification, or registration in a human service profession
  • 4 years of experience working with child and adolescent populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Training and Development:

As a Day Treatment Qualified Professional, you will be required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of training specific to Day Treatment services within 30 days of employment. This training will cover topics such as Day Treatment service definition, crisis response, and Person-Centered Thinking.

Additionally, you will be required to complete ongoing training and professional development to maintain your certification and stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.
