Advanced Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Care Assistant to join our team at DeKalb Health. This role is ideal for a dedicated and compassionate individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleIn this position, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care and assessment across all age groups. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, supporting patient mobility, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Requirements- Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, prioritization, and independent working
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
