Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Director to join our client's team in the Dallas market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction purchasing, with experience in managing teams, negotiating contracts, and analyzing data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities.


Requirements

* Minimum 7 years of experience in residential construction purchasing or a related field
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and negotiating contracts
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $115,000-$145,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.
