About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care and participate in therapeutic milieu under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This includes establishing therapeutic relationships with patients, maintaining professional boundaries, and identifying patient behaviors that contribute to crisis situations.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in collaboration with others, and previous experience in direct patient care, preferably in a psychiatric setting.

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Two years of college plus one year of clinical experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
