Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with contractors to complete modifications and settle contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and document contract actions.
  • Review and analyze contract files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Determine values and funding on contracts to ensure close-out processes proceed smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in contracts, business administration, or contract law field, plus 5 years' experience as a Government Contracting Officer.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or industry certification offered by National Contracts Management Association).
  • TS/SCI Required.
