Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, providing instruction and support to students in a classroom setting, and collaborating with colleagues and families to ensure student success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with disabilities
  • Provide instruction and support to students in a classroom setting
  • Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure student success
  • Monitor and support implementation of goals in inclusive classes
  • Provide accommodations and modifications to support students with disabilities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in special education or related field
  • Teaching experience in a public or private school, preferably in an urban setting
  • Experience working with students with disabilities
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
