About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the restaurant meets our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including fryers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment and supplies.
