Visual Display Strategist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential interior design and the ability to create dynamic visual displays that showcase our products. As a Visual Impact Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing displays that drive sales and customer engagement
• Manage inventory levels and flow, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising across all showrooms
• Train and mentor new team members on visual display techniques and best practices
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of practical interior design experience and education from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated ability to practice residential interior design, including color, space planning, and accessories
• Entrepreneurial attitude and approach with strong design and merchandising skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to travel between stores (50-75% of time)
