The UPS Store 5495 is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide top-notch support to our valued clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating various equipment and devices, and providing accurate information on our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
  • Practicing good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
  • Taking ownership of customer shipping needs and offering viable solutions
  • Learning all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
  • Operating equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and teaching others
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Requirements include:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds
