Aquatic Safety Specialist Job Description

AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team. As an Aquatic Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at our assigned aquatic facilities by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce all pool rules fairly and consistently
  • Ensure proper pool water chemicals and record keeping
  • Maintain a clean and enjoyable aquatics facility
  • Report any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to your Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of 15 years old by the date of hire or the last day of the lifeguard course
  • Must be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend
  • Must be able to work all weekends throughout the summer
  • Must professionally conduct themselves and be attentive and focused
  • Must have a current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certificates or obtain them before the beginning of the season

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $15.50/hr - $16.50/hr + Overtime (depending on experience)
