Senior Medical Writer for Clinical Studies

About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our team at Lifelancer. This role involves creating high-quality documents for clinical studies and regulatory interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create documents such as protocols, clinical study reports, briefing documents, and responses to queries from regulatory authorities.
- Analyze, interpret, and distill data to convey messages clearly and concisely.
- Apply advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and corporate policies to assess document requirements and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and quality lines to ensure clear and concise presentation of analyses and associated discussions in assigned documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in medical writing or a related field, with additional experience required for MS/MA degrees and less for PhD degrees.
- Understanding of the role of each member of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and roles in global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS/MA/PhD) preferred.
- Prior experience with document management systems and collaboration software is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
