Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Marketing Strategy Leader to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, manage relationships with carriers and underwriters, and oversee marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet carrier profit-sharing goals.
  • Manage relationships with carriers and underwriters to ensure successful placements and renewals.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including preparing applications, specifications, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on marketing and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with carriers, underwriters, and clients.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial insurance industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $196,775 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, pension, tuition reimbursement, and banking discounts.
