Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a contract position with a duration of 2+ months and a pay rate of $19.50/hour on W2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, staff, and vendors by filing, retrieving, and maintaining documents as required.
  • Prepare and scan vendor payments in our digital file.
  • Pick up and distribute the Business Office daily mail and associated correspondence.
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable documents, invoices, transactions, and statements.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
