Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Representative to join our TruGreen team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer concerns and developing customized solutions to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing sales and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer complaints and concerns via phone and email
- Develops and implements customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a sales or call center environment
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary Range:$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
