Aerospace Systems Integration Specialist

At Raytheon Careers, we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. As a critical member of our Systems Engineering Directorate, you will be responsible for defining customer needs and developing innovative solutions for complex radar systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering, with experience in design, development, and analysis of radar systems and software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify their implementation. Your expertise in statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data will be essential in optimizing system performance.
We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 - $165,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to your annual salary, you may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on individual and business unit performance.
