About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Account Manager to join our team at Phantom Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing strategic account plans, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, and Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strategic planning and business development skills, especially as it relates to Information Technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage multiple priorities

Working Conditions:

Extended periods of time sitting at a computer, including video calls over Microsoft Teams. Frequent driving is required, as you will be visiting with clients in-person at their place of business.

Compensation Model:

Base pay plus commission.
