Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $15 and $17 per hour, depending on experience. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent who share our passion for caregiving.

Job Description:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including:

  • Homemaker/Companion services such as cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Personal Care services like bathing, toileting, grooming, and transferring
  • Following a personalized plan of care tailored to each client's unique needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current CNA certification
  • The willingness to complete a TB test or chest X-ray
  • A valid CPR certificate
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • A Level 2 background check
  • The ability to complete CEU's in Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDS, and other relevant areas
  • Prior home care experience is a plus
  • Access to a mobile smart device and email
  • A strong understanding of client ethics and confidentiality
  • Availability to work weekends
