The ideal candidate for this role will be the first point of contact for members, creating a seamless and memorable experience. As a key member of the Industrious team, you will be responsible for preparing the office space, managing inventory, and designing unique events to engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the office space for members, including brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked office environment.
  • Design and execute events that foster a sense of community among members.
  • Assist with IT and WiFi issues, ensuring seamless connectivity for members.
  • Develop local marketing strategies to attract new members and promote the value of Industrious' flexible solutions.

Requirements:
  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Capable of operating machines/appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
  • Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an estimated $25.25/hour salary, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
